Refunds and cancellations

• Accounting pilot. If we can't deliver a working workflow within 15 business days of getting access, you get the full $850 back.
• Care plans. The accounting care plan starts on day 61 unless you decline it. You can cancel any care plan with 30 days' notice.
• Accessible documents. The service runs a year at a time and renews unless either side gives 30 days' notice before the year ends. If a file we return misses a check in your scope, tell us within 10 business days and we fix it within 5.
• Upwork and Fiverr orders. The platform's own refund rules apply.

Privacy

• This site doesn't use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply and to keep business records. We don't sell or share them.
• When we work in your systems, your data stays in your accounts. We don't copy client data to our systems, and we don't put personal data into AI tools unless those tools run inside your own accounts.
• If you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment, and we never see your full card number.

Accessibility

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we test every page with the axe accessibility checker and with a keyboard. The body text is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface the Braille Institute designed for readers with low vision; its slashed zero keeps 0 from being mistaken for O.
